Accomplishments
During his professional career, Echols has served as a soldier, aide to a former Oklahoma Lieutenant Governor and Governor, Oklahoma State Equal Opportunity Officer, Executive Director, Oklahoma Human Rights Commission and Administrator, Human Resource Development, Oklahoma City Public Schools.
